Delivery Charge:
We are based in Auckland, our shipping costs include both shipping and handling fees to ensure your plants are packaged with care and arrive in excellent condition.
We ship all orders using NZ Post Overnight Courier to ensure the fastest and safest delivery for your plants.
Auckland Region: $10
North Island (excluding Auckland): $18
South Island: $25
We offer free shipping on orders over $129!
Delivery Times:
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid plants being held by courier services over the weekend.
NZ Post Overnight Courier typically delivers the next business day after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Addresses:
We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery. Please provide a physical street address where you would like your plants to be delivered. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as we want to ensure your plants reach you safely and in excellent condition.
